Rick Fink, a creative singer/songwriter, hails from Brooklyn, New York. He was a founding member and the primary singer/songwriter for the Gas House Gorillas. After 15 years the group disbanded and Rick began honing his solo acoustic act. Rick has a colorful personality and has been creating catchy lyrics that are inspired by deeply rooted life experiences. His music combines the elements of traditional Americana with Pop and Punk.
Rick has performed at such listening rooms as Molly’s House Concerts (in both NJ and Lincolnwood), The Turning Point in Piermont, New York, and Big Bend Bash Festival in Pomeroy, Ohio. He’s also been showcased at The New York Songwriters Circle at the legendary Bitter End. Rick continues to defy category in his original music, and he selects others’ songs to cover with that same energy and passion. Listen to If I Was Your Dog, a sweet song that I love, or Marigolds, which will linger in your head for days, and RSVP for Rick Fink on Saturday, June 28.
