Remi Goode is a classical guitarist turned alternative folk singer-songwriter, based in Nashville. In a continual search for the truth, her lyrics are filled with paradoxes and multiple perspectives, as she attempts to embrace the grey areas of life. Receiving comparisons to Suzanne Vega and Kathleen Edwards, Remi creates her own version of modern-day American roots music: one that “has an intimacy to it that feels almost intrusive,” according to Glide Magazine. Her song, Short Circuit, looks at how we see ourselves, and how we think others see us.

Abigayle Oakley blends the melodic richness of folk pioneers with the lyrical honesty of today’s confessional singer-songwriters. Her songs explore the complexities of life and the existential questions that shape us, often with a sharp, tongue-in-cheek wit that adds layers of humor and insight. Abigayle made her national television debut on this season of NBC’s The Voice earning an all-chair turn from coaches John Legend, Adam Levine, and Kelly Clarkson. She is also a recent winner of the Kerrville New Folk Competition and has played hundreds of shows in the US and Canada opening for acts such as The War and Treaty, Jed and The Valentine, Forest Blakk and more. You’ll love Press 3, her Tiny Desk submission that was inspired after a call to her health insurance provider.
